just sell you a computer equipment and abandon you. All equipment,
apart from being warranted to be free from any manufacturers
defective material and workmanship for a minimum period of one year
from date of purchase, are backed up by a full and comprehensive
after sales service maintenance at mutually agreed rates.
Maintenance refers to
all activities which assist in keeping the equipment in good working
conditions. Included is the obvious activities of repairs,
lubrication, overhauls, inspections, replacement of parts, training
and counseling of staff in the proper handling of the equipment ,
improvements and / or modifications of equipment for enhanced
performance and adequate planning of service schedules.

MAINTENANCE OPTIONS
We have available two (2) Main optional paths for their
maintenance service. These are:
- Full and
Comprehensive Maintenance: featuring
- Necessary labor
and parts for preventive and remedial maintenance;
- Relief equipment,
when downtown will exceed 48hours, during remedial maintenance;
- Four times annual
preventive maintenance calls;
- Within 24 hours
site response time for remedial maintenance;
- General hardware
support and consultancy.
- Regular
maintenance: featuring
- Necessary Labor
only for preventive and remedial maintenance;
- Necessary parts
for preventive and remedial maintenance for clients account.
- Four times annual
preventive maintenance calls;
